Marshes Light Marina Boat Slips
For many Marshes Light owners, having a boat slip almost at their back door is a real plus.

Marshes Light Marina has been operational since summer, 2008.

Property owners at Marshes Light can purchase a boat slip that will accommodate up to a 60' boat. Prices range from $66,600 up to $150,000. All have power and water service.

For fishing or just for fun...

The Roanoke Sound is directly beyond the protected waters of Shallowbag Bay and there's easy access to the Atlantic for fishing or just having fun. In addition, Marina Manager, Joe Chambliss, is always making sure that the marina is maintained properly and boats are secure.

For non-Marshes Light property owners, there are several boat slips for sale as well. These slips have all the same services and can accommodate a boat up to 45'. Prices for these slips currently range from $86,250 to $97,000.
