Chicahauk is located in Southern Shores, NC. Planned in the mid-70′s by Kitty Hawk Land Company, the homesites and roads were laid out to follow the contours of the land and to preserve vegetation as much as possible. It’s one of the very few ocean communities where you’ll find large (over an acre in some areas) homesites. Almost 25 years later, I’m still proud to live in Chicahauk.
