Sales Consultant

Ann Davis was born and raised in North Carolina as she grew up in the city of Charlotte and the town of Belmont. After graduating high school, she attended Salem College in Winston Salem where she earned a BA in Interior Design. Ann joined an Interior Design Firm near Charlotte and was assistant to the owner for two years where she “learned the ropes” of project management and the importance of customer service. She acquired her own client base that resulted in the completion of several residential and commercial Interior Design projects in Charlotte, NC, Myrtle Beach, S.C., Alexandria, Va., Atlanta, Ga. and Duck, NC. The project in Duck led Ann to relocate and start her own Interior Design consultation business on the Outer Banks where she has lived since 2001.

Ann joined Kitty Hawk Land Company in 2008 and specializes in sales in the community of Marshes Light in Historic Downtown Manteo. As a result of her 15 year career in Interior Design, she brings unique qualifications to the sales of home sites for new single family homes in Marshes Light. “I am fortunate to have the ability to access the needs of my clients and guide them through the process of obtaining all of the qualities they desire in a new home. Marshes Light is a perfect match for me as we are building homes in the “Manteo Way” with charm and quality that will endure."
